Photography is an activity that represents the way we see the world. I will not compare it with other art forms, such as music, painting and cinema, however, photography is the way I chose to share what I see.
I am grateful to Guito Moreto and Príamo Melo for the photographic technique, and the photographic treatment , I would like to thank João Salamonde. I would also like to thank Ateliê da Imagem and Trilharte, for promoting the formation of new
photographers and updating the experienced.
Some photographers inspire me and, inevitably, there is a tendency to see references to them in my photos: Bresson, André Kertész, David LaChapelle, Walter Firmo, Sebastião Salgado, Araquém Alcântara, Danielle Hamilton, Robert Capa, Ansel Adams, Alexander Rodchenko, Bob Wolfenson, Vik Muniz among others. A special highlight for the mysterious Vivian Maier, and her natural gift for photography.
